You’ll learn how to hand-build your very own 3D Christmas Gonk sculpture using traditional pottery techniques\, adding a touch of festive charm to your creations. \nThroughout the workshop\, I’ll guide you through the process of shaping\, sculpting\, and decorating your Gonk using colorful slips\, bringing its character to life with jolly hats\, bushy beards\, and a sprinkle of Christmas magic. No experience is necessary – just bring your creativity and a bit of festive cheer! \nAll materials and equipment will be provided. Tea and Coffee will be available throughout the event. The only thing you need to bring is an apron and some festive cheer. \nAfter the workshop\, I will carefully take your Gonk sculpture home and fire it in my kiln. These sculptures will be glazed using a transparent glaze. I will try my best to have your work ready for collection before Christmas. Come along\, connect with fellow makers\, and add a little extra sparkle to your holiday season! \nAll materials and equipment will be provided. Tea and Coffee will be available throughout the day. The only thing you need to bring is a packed lunch and an apron or wear old clothes. \nAfter the workshop\, I will carefully take your ginerbread house home and fire it in my kiln. I will then glaze your work\, which will make it stronger and more durable. Your beautiful creations will be ready for collection approximately 6 weeks after the workshop finishes from the Walronds. Your beautiful creations will be ready for collection 6 weeks after the workshop finishes from the Walronds. I will let you know the time and date.
