Move it or Lose it! was established in 2010 by Julie Robinson in the Midlands. We were lucky to have funding to help with equipment and training in 2018 from Transform Ageing South West. The classes are aimed at over 60s to maintain and improve muscle strength, flexibility and balance to help their confidence and independence.
